Each dog bowtie is made with 100% cotton and interfacing to hold its shape. There are two elastic bands on the back of the bowtie that are used to secure it onto a pet collar or harness. Please note hardware and charms on the bowties are for decorative purposes only. They are not meant to be toys and dogs should always be supervised when wearing accessories of any kind.
