My current processing time is 3 - 7 business days.

Flat rate shipping is $7.50, but I offer free shipping for $75+ orders within continental USA.

Depending on your location, delivery time may take 3-10 business days. Please make sure that your address is correct when submitting an order, as once your package has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of my control. Also, I am not responsible for any lost packages.

If your order has not arrived within 1-2 weeks of confirmed delivery, Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the delivery claim.

In order to become a more sustainable business, I use minimal packaging when sending orders.

Lab & Pals is not responsible for the misuse of products. It is the pet owner's responsibility to supervise your pet while they are wearing my products during play time or when left unattended. Hardware and charms on bowties are for decorative purposes only. They are not meant to be toys and dogs should always be supervised when wearing accessories of any kind. Please note that all scrunchies are made for humans. They are not meant for pets.

Additionally, all products are handmade, so patterns will vary slightly due to the cut of the fabric and / or there may be slight size or colour variations.

Spot clean and hand wash in cold water with mild detergent is recommended for all fabric products (eg. bowties, scrunchies, bandanas). However, you can use the washing machine:

• On delicate, cold cycle with mild detergent
• Remove all charms from bowties (excluding D-rings)
• Place bowties in a bra washing net (I use the ones from Daiso)
• Untie bunny ears from scrunchies and place in a laundry mesh bag
• Pull out of the wash immediately after cycle ends, shape bowties and scrunchies, then lay flat to dry
• Line dry only (this means do not put in the dryer)
• Do not use fabric softener or dry clean
• If you want to iron the bunny ears, use no- to low-steam setting

Please note that all hardware on bowties (eg. D-ring) may change colours in the washing machine. This is normal for metal.
