My current processing time is 3-7 business days. I offer free shipping for $75+ orders within contiguous USA.

Depending on your location, delivery time may take 3-10 business days. Please make sure that your address is correct when submitting an order, as once your package has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of my control. Also, I am not responsible for any lost packages.

If your order has not arrived within 1-2 weeks of confirmed delivery, Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the delivery claim.

In order to become a more sustainable business, I use minimal packaging when sending orders.

Lab & Pals is not responsible for the misuse of products. It is the pet owner's responsibility to supervise your pet while they are wearing my products during play time or when left unattended. Please note that all scrunchies are made for humans. They are not meant for pets.

Additionally, all products are handmade, so patterns will vary slightly due to the cut of the fabric and / or there may be slight size variations.

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent is recommended, but you can use the washing machine if on delicate, cold cycle with mild detergent and inside a mesh bag. Line dry only. Do not use fabric softener or dry clean.

When washing scrunchies, please untie bunny ears before following above care instructions.

If choosing to iron, please use no- to low- steam setting.
